We use the service CleverReach for sending newsletters. This service is provided by the German company CleverReach GmbH & Co KG (Website: https://www.cleverreach.com/de-de/).

For subscribing to our newsletter, registration is required, during which personal data such as your email address and name will be collected and processed by CleverReach To verify your registration, your IP address, as well as the date and time of your registration, will be recorded and stored on CleverReach servers.

In addition, Google's reCaptcha service is used during registration to determine whether the entry is made by a human or a computer. Google checks the following data to make this determination: IP address of the device being used, the website you are visiting where the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, identification data of the browser and operating system used, Google account (if logged into Google), mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas, and tasks that require you to identify images. This data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as there is a legitimate interest in ensuring the security of our website and protecting it from automated entries (attacks).

CleverReach also analyzes interactions with the sent newsletters (such as open rates and click rates on links within the newsletter) to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our newsletters.

The processing of data by CleverReach is based on your consent given at the time of subscribing to the newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
